Quality Check Procedure
1 Appearance inspection
- whether the frame, fork, rim and spare parts are in good painting condition, and Logo and color
2 Transmission system and brake check
- whether the change of speed is smooth, tilt the body, adjust the speed, rotate the pedal
- whether the brake force is sufficient, hold the brake lever firmly and push forward with force.
3 Parts installation and screw tightness check
4 Electric system inspection
- Check the battery. Press the power button to display the battery status. Open the battery switch. Can the meter be opened normally?
- Check the key of LCD Display, press + or - key, can normally shift assisted
- Headlamp inspection
- Horn inspection
- Throttle check, turn the key, turn on the acceleration mode, tilt the body, check whether the motor sound is normal, whether the meter display is normal, whether the tire is obviously swinging, and whether the left and right brake levers are powered off. When brake the bike, the meter shows whether the speed drops rapidly. Turn off the acceleration mode, change to assist mode, tilt the body, turn the pedals, adjust assisted 1-7 grades
5 Test ride, all functions checked again
